Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Maple syrup

1/4 cup Coleman's mustard



Half a cup of soy sauce, half a cup of maple syrup and about a quarter

of

cup of Coleman's mustard++maybe with a little vinegar. Apply to racks

of

pork ribs.

bbq sauce
try this
freeze both a ginger root and a garlic globe
then 20 minutes later shred it
next
next next
3 tablespoons of molasses is a good idea.

welcome to the twilight zone

3 cups of gingerale.
mix it all up
and cover your meat.

best time is 3 hours but 24 is okay, if ya gotta.
if you are diabetic change the gingerale to ginger tea, with your sweetener.
go light on the sweet though.

slow cooking is always prefered to done and cooked.
