1/2 cup Peanut oil

1/2 cup Vinegar

1 Tbsp Sugar

2 Tbsp Tomato paste

1 Tbsp Mustard, prepared

3 dash Hot pepper sauce

1 tsp Garlic salt*



* - or plain salt if preferred. Combine ingredients and beat with a

whisk

until well blended. Use as baste for charcoal-broiled chicken.
