herbed cheese toast
Herbed Cheese Toast
2 eggs 3/4 cup (180 ml) cottage cheese or ricotta 1 tsp (5 ml) chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp (5 ml) chopped fresh chives Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 4 slices bread Combine the eggs, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread over the bread and place under a preheated broiler for 3 to 4 minutes, until puffy and lightly browned. Serves 4. Bon appetit from the Chef and staff at World Wide Recipes
