William's Chipped Meat on Biscuits with Gravy Recipe

6 - 10 ounces Land O'Frost Taste Escapes Peppered Ham (or any other
flavor)
1 Teaspoon Low Fat Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Starch
1/3 to 1 cup Milk
Salt
Pepper
1 Package Biscuits or bread.

Gravy

Add Flour and Starch to 1/3 cup Milk and shake in closed container
until all lumps have dissolved. Slice meat into strips and begin
warming in frying pan. Add Oil and increase heat to medium high.
Gradually add in the milk mixture allowing it to thicken. Continue
adding milk mixture until gone. The meat and flour should begin to
thicken as it cooks. Gradually add more milk to the pan, stirring
contently. Add milk to pan until desired thickness of gravy is
reached. Salt and Pepper to taste. Poor Gravy over biscuits or bread
for a wonderful meal.

Biscuits or Bread

Prepare biscuits as directed or toast bread.

Pour Meat and Gravy over biscuits and enjoy!
