Default SEVEN-LAYER CASSEROLE

SEVEN-LAYER CASSEROLE

1 lb. lean hamburger
2 cups sliced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1 (15 oz.) can peas

In a skillet brown the hamburger. While meat is cooking,
spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer potatoes,
carrots, onions, mushrooms and peas. Top vegetables with
drained hamburger. Spread tomato soup over top of
vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Very easy to
make and very good. (from Evelyn)
