Default Adding Omega 3

Is Omega 3 something that can be added to a recipe? How? Thanks.

You can add Omega 3 to your diet by adding flaxseed oil or ground
flaxseed to just about anything or everything. I add ground flaxseed to
any recipe for baked goods or to pancakes or waffles. Or to meat loaves
and gravies. I sprinkle it over cereal for breakfast. The oil or the
ground flaxseed can be added to yogurt for a delicious, healthy snack. I
have a friend who's a nut for peanut butter and banana sandwiches, and
she mixes a couple of tablespoons of ground flaxseed with the banana
before spreading it on the bread.
