A nice yeasted apple cake
Hi everyone (newbie - be gentle).
A cross between Mrs. Beeton's 'nice yeasted cake' and Dorset (also Devon or Somerset) Apple cake. It's nice but I can't find anything too like it on the net. At my blog on http://www.vanyka.co.uk/apple_cake.htm. Enjoy. William Boyd
