Default Creamy Fish Pie

1 1b cooked fish
One and half oz marg
1 oz flour
half pint milk
1 tbsp parsley
squeeze of lemon
creamed mash potato

Skin and bone fish and flake finely. Melt 1 oz fat, stir in flour and cook
for a few minutes. Stir in milk and bring to boil. Add seasoning, parsley,
lemon juice and fish, put in dish and cover with mashed potato. Dot with
marg and cook at 400 F for about 20 mins.
