4 oz flaky pastry
2 oranges 2 oz sugar 2 oz marg 2 eggs 2 oz biscuit crumbs Roll out flaky pastry and line a pie plate. Prick the bottom. Finely grate the orange rind and mix it with the sugar. Cream this sugar with the fat and add the egg yolks, strained orange juice and biscuit crumbs. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites, pour into the pie dish. Bake at 375 F for about half hour. |
