3 oz chocolate
1 egg yolk half oz butter 1 tsp whipped cream 1 tsp rum choc powder Melt the choc over hot water, dont allow it to get too hot, add egg yolk, butter, cream and rum, beat until thick and pasty. Using two teasps, form into balls and roll these in choc powder. |
