Lay 6 peeled bananas on a fireproof dish and sprinkle with 3 tbsps of
brown sugar, juice of a lemon and 3 tbsps water. Bake in a mod oven 350 F for 20 mins until they are brown, half way through the cooking time, add about 3 tbsps of jamaica rum. Serve with cream, flavoured with rum or lemon. |
