Easy Banana Bread
Makes one (9 x 5-inch) loaf, 10-12 servings

Comments:
This is a quick and easy banana bread that's really moist. I have made
this many times for Christmas gifts for neighbors and friends.

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:
Mix the flour and sugar together. Lightly beat eggs and add the mashed
bananas and oil. Mix in the flour/sugar mixture. Add nuts. Pour batter
into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F
(160 C). Cool in pan on wire rack.

Makes 1 (9 x 5-inch) loaf, 10-12 servings.
