Classic Tuna Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------- --------------------------------
1 cn 12 ounces starkist light
-tuna drained and flaked
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 ts Lemon juice --lemon pepper
-seasoning
1 Stalk celery --finely chopped
2 tb Chopped black olives or
-pickle relish
1 Hard cooked egg --chopped

Mix ingredients together and chill. For tuna melt, spread tuna salad
on bread; top with favorite cheese and broil until bubbly. Notes:
