Three Fruit Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------- --------------------------------
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Apricot nectar
1/4 cup Salad oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1 dash Salt
Lettuce leaves
11 ounces Mandarin orange segments --drained
1 cup Sliced strawberries
1 Kiwi --peeled sliced

Combine sour cream, nectar, oil, sugar, cinnamon, paprika and salt.
Beat with a rotary beater until smooth. Cover and chill. On four
lettuce-lined salad plates, arrange orange sections, strawberries and
kiwi. Dollop fruit with dressing. Chill remaining dressing.
