I just saw a fried cheesecake segment on the food network. The point was
stressed that the cheesecake needed to be fried in a commercial fryer at a very high temp for that "flash" fry. Home fryers cannot get hot enough to flash fry. Maybe someone has a good home recipe. "Normand/Irene" wrote in message ... Had dinner tonight at Montana's. For desser we had "fried cheese cake". It was heavenly and I would to have a recipe to make it at home. Can anyone oblige? Thank you so much. |
