Baking a chocolate cake without a micro oven is not difficult. It requires the same recipe, although the oven that can be used can be the one under the stove oven(ordinary oven) .

Ya you can make in idli cooker i suppose. So that with the help of vaporization, chocolate cake execute with soft bulged cake. I don't tried ever before. But i suggest you this trick.
