2 lbs Ground beef
5 can of cream of mushroom soup =BD cup of bread crumbs 1 egg =BC cup of milk =BC cup of chopped onions Mix all together by hand and make into oval patties and fry in pan on both sides till cooked. Drain then add as many more cans of cream of mushroom soup as ya like to be the gravey and simmer with lid on for 20 to 30 mins. Salisbury steak serve with mashed potatoes. Loco Moco serve on top of rice with a cooked over medium egg. Enjoy :-) |
