Default Crocodile meat?

Hi, just got my hands on some crocodile meat, but don't really know what to
do with it, though i found some recipies on the net, neigther of the said
how to cook the meat, is it to be coocked all the way through, like chicken,
og can it be slightly raw inside? Would greatly appreciate a quick response
as i am to cock this today.

I have only had tail meat... breaded and deep fried. Was like steak in
consistency... like chicken in flavor... and almost as chewey as dubba-bubba
gum...
