Default Harvest Potato Casserole

Harvest Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg Hash Brown Potatoes
10 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Salt
1 ea Onion chopped
1/2 cup Margarine melted
2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded


Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top
with 2 cups crushed corn flake cereal and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Duckie,

I have always wanted to try this recipe but never have gotten around to
doing it, thanks for reminding me. I love potatoes, mashed, boiled, fried,
hash browns, guess I am a starch face :-)
