KIM CHEE FRIED RICE

From the Kitchen of: Harry's Cafe
(Christy Cho-owner & Alex Monje-chef)

6 scoops (med. size) rice
1 Tbs. hot sauce
2 strips cooked bacon, diced
2 oz. kim chee
1 Tbs. oyster sauce
oil for cooking

Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté kim chee and bacon. Add hot
sauce, oyster sauce and rice. Mix well and cook in slow heat 2-3
minutes.

I made something based on this recipe tonight. Couldn't vouch for the
quantities, because I just used what seemed reasonable at the time,
but...

So good! One of the best "fried rice" dishes I've made.

Of course, important things are rice prep and what kind of kimchee you
use. And my kimchee was pretty spicey, so I didn't use any hot sauce.

Thanks Duckie.
