Recipe: Breakfast pizza

8 oz. Can of Crescent Rolls
1 lb. of Sausage
2 cups of Frozen Hash Browns
5 Eggs, Beaten
1/4 cup of Milk
1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the crescent rolls and place them
into the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Press the seams together to make the crust.

2. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain. Layer the sausage and hash
browns over the crust. *The sausage can be cooked the evening before and
refrigerated to save time in the morning*

3. Combine the eggs and milk in a bowl, mix well, and pour over the hash
browns. If you like your food a bit spicy, add about 3/4 cup of salsa to the
egg mix. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
