Zucchini Patties
I don't know exact measurements because I just kind of eyeball it.
Zucchini Patties 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 1-2 cups shredded zucchini 1 egg bread crumbs whatever seasonings you prefer. combine ingredients in a bowl and mix like making a meatloaf. You can then make into patties and fry or put in a loaf pan and make a loaf. Top with a slice of cheese or even canned stewed tomatoes is nice.
