What is Self-Rising Corn Meal?
"Self-rising Corn meal has leavening baking powder and salt, and is
enriched with B vitamins. It does not contain flour."

How can I make Self-Rising Corn Meal from corn meal?

For one cup of self-rising cornmeal:

1 tablespoon baking powder Always check expiration date on container for
freshness.
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup + 3 tablespoons White Lily Quaker or Aunt Jemima white corn meal
preferred Corn Meal

How can I make Corn Meal Mix from corn meal?

For one cup of Self Rising Corn Meal Mix:

1 cup meal
3 tablespoons flour White Lily, Martha White preferred
1 tablespoon baking powder Always check expiration date on container for
freshness.
1/2 teaspoon salt
