Overnight Sticky Buns

1 (25 oz.) bag Rich's frozen rolls
1 (3 oz.) box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Put frozen rolls into a bundt pan. Sprinkle with pudding mix. Melt
butter, add sugar and cinnamon. Cook until sugar melts. Boil until
sugar dissolves. Add chopped nuts. Pour mixture over the rolls. Cover
tightly with foil. Leave on the counter overnight.
In the morning, uncover and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Wait
5-10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.

Overnight Sticky Buns

1 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup raisins
25 oz. frozen white dinner rolls
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 oz. pkg. non instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup butter

Sprinkle nuts and raisins in bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Cut frozen rolls in half and arrange over nuts and raisins. Mix
pudding mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over rolls.
Top with butter pieces, cut up small.
Cover and set out overnight in a cool place or in a warm area 1 1/2 to
2 hours. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 25 minutes or until golden
brown. Cool 2-3 minutes and then invert over wax paper or serving
plate.

Easy Overnight Sticky Buns

16 frozen rolls or 20 frozen rolls
4 tablespoons dry butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Chopped nuts

Place 16 frozen rolls in buttered bundt pan or 20 frozen rolls in
buttered 13x9 pan. From 3 pound bag of 36 rolls.
Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons dry butterscotch pudding mix (not
instant).
Mix melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts
Pour butter mixture over rolls. Cover with foil and let set overnight.
Do not refrigerate. In the morning, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove
from oven and invert to plate or 13x9 pan.

Empty Keg Bar Butterscotch Sticky Buns

1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1 (3 1/3 ounce) box butterscotch pudding mix, not instant
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Thaw one ready-made loaf overnight in the refrigerator (or follow
package directions for thawing). When ready to make rolls, chop
pecans, cut the loaf into 16 pieces and roll each in the chopped
pecans.
Place in a greased Bundt pan or angel food cake pan. Sprinkle with the
butterscotch pudding mix. Combine butter and sugar and melt. Pour
mixture over dough and cover. Let rise until double. Remove cover and
bake at 375 degrees F for 18 to 22 minutes. Turn upside down to cool
on a plate.

1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans or walnuts

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Pull thawed dough into
walnut-sized pieces. Fill pan in a single layer. Heat together other
ingredients until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Pour over entire
dough. Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator. Next morning bake
in preheated oven at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Cool and invert pan.
