Hash Brown Casserole
Cheesy Ham Hash Brown Casserole


Hash Brown Casserole

2 Servings:
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp grated onion
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix first 6 ingredients and put in pan. Combine
corn flakes and butter as topping and put on top. Bake 350 for 45 minutes


Cheesy Ham Hash Brown Casserole

For 2 Servings:

2 lb frozen hash browns thawed
8 oz chopped ham
2 cans cream of potato soup
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Preheat oven to 375. Mix first 5 ingredients.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven until top is
browned,
about 60 minutes. Serve immediately
