Thank-you ~~~~~~~~~ From: "Alia Robinson" Subject: lemon cake recipe request Date: Thu, 13 Nov 2003 08:41:09 -0500 My grandmother is in her 80's, and in a nursing home. She used to make a lemon cake that I love, but no one has the recipe, and she can't remember it. It contained lemon, of course, but it also had apricot nectar, and I think it was made with a cake mix. I'm almost sure she clipped it from a very old magazine. It was like a sort of pound cake with no icing, just a kind of glaze from the nectar and lemon juice.
