Strawberry Juice Cocktail

1 pint strawberries
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 1/3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
few grains salt, about 1/8 teaspoon

Wash and hull strawberries. Cut in halves and sprinkle with the sugar. Let
stand half an hour in order to have as much juice as possible. To berry
and sugar mixture, add orange juice, grapefruit juice and lemon juice and
salt. Mix thoroughly. Squeeze through cheesecloth [or fine sieve] and
chill in refrigerator. When well chilled pour in 4 cocktail glasses and
garnish each glass with bright strawberry and slice of orange clipped over
edge.
