If anyone can assist. I went to an Italian restaurant and they served
a dish named "Pallo Bosciaola". It was grilled chicken served with a
creamy or white sauce which also contained bacon and mushrooms.

I have been trying to find the recipe on the net for this. I have
tried a few but they just dont come close to the taste.

Any assistence would be great.
