Foolproof Poached Salmon
Our first week in Alaska. Listening to the radio and they told how to poach salmon. Triple wrap in foil and place on the top rack of the dishwasher. Let it run without the soap, and it's done? I actually tried it on my first salmon and it was wonderful. No spices were added during cooking. Lemon and butter before serving. I imagine it could have been cooked with.
