Melting Moments

1 cup margarine
2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/4 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
3 Tbsp. orange juice
Grated orange peel

In large mixer bowl, beat at medium speed the margarine and 1/2 cup
confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in flour and cornstarch
until mixed. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Roll dough in 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10
minutes until firm. Cool and remove. In small bowl, mix remaining
confectioners' sugar, orange juice, and grated peel for glaze. Spread
glaze on top of each. Let dry.
