Around St Patrick's Day the corned beef gets really cheap. This year it
was 99 cents a pound so I bought several and put in the freezer. My
question is, how do I go about converting these hunks of meat into a
good brisket for slow cooked Texas BBQ or even better, pastrami? Any
othe suggestions welcome. The corned beef is great but some other use
is hoped for.
