This is easy to make and great for hot weather.

Tuna Salad

Recipe By :Michele Wilson
Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:10
Categories : Salads

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
12 ounces tuna in water -- drained
2 large sweet pickles, low sodium -- diced fine
2 tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
16 ounces lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika
12 lettuce leaves
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Add tuna, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt together. Mix well.
Line bowls with lettuce leaves.
Spread with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Put a scoop of the tuna mixture on top of cottage cheese.
