Default Tangerine Marinade

Tangerine Marinade

This is great for chicken or pork. You can subsitute oranges if
tangerines are not available.

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup tangerine juice, freshly squeezed
6 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 scallions
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 stick cinnamon
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Whisk until honey has dissolved.
Marinade chicken or pork for 1 1/2-2 hours.
