I used to work as a cook for Olive garden , their alfredo sauce comes out
of a bag so I have no idea whats in it... but a good alfredo sauce is
simple .

Alfredo Sauce

heavy whipping cream
parmesean cheese
fresh cracked black pepper

Reduce cream over medium heat to half its orginal amount, at the last
minute add the cheese and black pepper and toss with choice of pasta you
can garnish with chopped parsley but thats optional.
