Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar 1 pint jar marshmallow creme 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup peanut butter (smooth) 3/8 cup (3/4 stick) butter Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Cook to medium soft ball stage about 236 , stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme and peanut butter and nuts if desired. Stir until marshmallow and peanut butter are melted.
