Marguarita Chicken Recipe By : Serving Size :2 Cuisine : Main Ingred. : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------- -------------------------------- 1/2 pound Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless 3 ounces Frozen limeade concentrate Defrosted 1/2 ounce Tequila 1 tablespoon Minced lime zest 1/2 tablespoon Crushed garlic --or To taste Salt to taste Cut the chicken into 1/2"x1 1/2" strips. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. If you have the time, refrigerate this so the chicken can marinate, preferably overnight.
