Hi Linda,

There's lots of ways to fix tomatoes, but all you really have to do to
freeze them, is skin them, core and seed them and fill up your freezer
bags and throw in the freezer. My great aunt taught me this years ago.
Then when you take some out and thaw them, you can use them anyway you
want to.
