Default New England Cheesy Crab Melt

New England Cheesy Crab Melt

4 hard or kaiser rolls, split
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
8-oz. cooked crabmeat or more
1 (10-oz.) package frozen asparagus, thawed
4 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half
paprika, for garnish

Preheat broiler. Place roll halves, cut side up, buttered on broiler pan
5"
from heat source for about 1 minute or until toasted. Watch carefully.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread the mixture evenly
on each toasted roll half. Place the crab meat and asparagus evenly on the
roll halves. Place a half slice of cheese on top of each sandwich and
sprinkle with paprika. Broil 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Turn
off the broiler and keep the sandwiches under the hot broiler 3 to 5
