Default Honey Orange Popcorn

Honey Orange Popcorn

2 quarts popped corn
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup honey, preferably orange
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dried orange peel

Preheat oven to 250. Place popcorn and walnuts in large baking pan. Set
aside. In a small pan, combine honey and butter. Bring to a boil; cook for
1 minute. Remove from stove and stir in salt and dried orange peel. Pour
honey mixture over popcorn; gently stir to coat evenly. Bake for 5
minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Break into
small clusters. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Makes
about 2 cups.
