Default Spicy Flank Steak

Spicy Flank Steak

You could easily grill this too!
This spicy flank steak is full of flavor and texture. Add Ranch dressing
for dipping!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ready In: 40 Minutes

2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 pounds flank steak, cut into strips
1/2 cup Ranch dressing

In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the paprika, coriander, cumin,
garlic salt, and pepper. Place steak in the bag, and shake to coat. Allow
to sit 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Arrange steak on the baking sheet, and broil 5 minutes on each side, or to
desired doneness. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.

Yields: 6 servings

Amount Per Serving: Calories: 256; Total Fat: 19g; Cholesterol: 50 mg;
Sodium: 549 mg; Total Carbs: 2.1g; Dietary Fiber: 0.6g; Protein: 18.1g.
