Kyoto Fried Rice Recipe
I had the Fried rice in Harrisonburg, VA. It was THE BEST! Tasted kind
of sweet. Anyone know how this is done?

Subject: Recipe Request: McCormick's Santa Fe Chicken Seasoning Substitute

I recently prepared chicken using McCormick's Santa Fe
chicken spice mix (not to be confused with the Santa Fe
chicken recipe on the McCormick web site.) Unfortunately
they discontinued this product last year. I was hoping that
someone familiar with the product might be able to
suggest a "copy cat" version of the mix. THANKS.
