White Russian Bread Pudding
12 slices white bread, cut into cubes with crust 8 small apples, peeled and sliced 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup raisins (if desired) 6 eggs, beaten 1 cup white sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups warm milk 2 cups White Russian (premixed) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter one 2 quart baking dish. Combine bread cubes, sliced apples and raisins; mix well and place in baking dish. Beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, apples and salt. Add milk and white russians mix well and pour over bread cubes. Stir halfway through baking from outside to center , bake for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean!
