Requested: O'Charley's 3 Cheese Shrimp Dip From: Renee I would love to have the recipe for O'Charley's Three Cheese Shrimp Dip. I have moved to California and they do not have an O'Charley's near me! Red Lobster's and Joe's Crab shack is nothing compared to O'Charley's unusaul dip! It is more chunky than cheese-soupy. Any kind of similar dip would be great! Three Cheese Shrimp Dip 1 can of small shrimp 6oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese 6oz. shredded montery jack cheese 8oz. cream cheese-softened 1/4 c sundried tomatoes -chopped 1/2 c romano, asiago, and parm cheese (in shaker can) 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix all ingredients togther, spread in casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees until bubbly. Watch closly, the cheese on the edges will burn before the middle is hot. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at . Only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting.
