1 Tbsp finely diced yellow onion
1 clove crushed garlic

1 Tbsp diced kalamata or black olives
1 Tbsp thinly sliced roasted red peppers
Fresh ground pepper

Other Options
A pinch of fresh dill, A pinch of fresh parsley,
Diced dill pickles, A thinly sliced unseeded peppercini,
Thinly sliced leafy tops from celery stalks.
