This is fabulous! I just love it. I could eat the whole pound right now.
It sets your mouth all a sparkle. I just love it. . I used Bob Evan's Original for this. I think I'll try some Migas using this. terry Sweet And Spicy Chorizo 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 1 lbs pork sausage (bulk) 1 poblano chile -- roasted, peeled, seeded and diced 1/4 cup cilantro -- chopped 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoon garlic -- minced 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Combine brown sugar and spices in a bowl. Blend remaining ingredients (except oil) with spices until combined; shape mixture into 3" patties. Sute sausages in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center, about 8 minutes total. Drain on a paper towel lined plate before serving. Recipe Notes Makes 12 patties Total time: about 30 minutes http://www.terrypogue.com/Terry -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
