Default Tonyas Tomato Basil Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Tonyas Tomato Basil Grilled Cheese Sandwich

2 slices bread
2 slices cheese
2 or 3 slices tomato
1 tablespoon sweet dried crushed basil leaves
Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Butter 1 side of each slice of bread and place face butter side down on
griddle over medium heat. Spread a thin layer of mayo on each up side
piece of bread. Place a piece of sliced cheese on each slice of bread In
another pan, heat cooking oil to medium heat. Place tomato slices in pan
and drizzle half of oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle basil onto tomatoes. (oil
will hold basil to tomato) Cook 30 seconds, then flip tomatoes. Cook 20
seconds, then place tomato slices onto bread. When cheese has melted, put
bread together for grilled cheese sandwich
