Ring Around The Chicken

I got this recipe from a 'Home Makers School" session & cook book several
years ago. but have misplaced it.
I recently had a request to make it.
It was a chicken like stew with bacon, tomatoe juice, vegi's,green peppers
and pinapple (I believe) and just before it was finished cooking a ring of
quartered canned bisquits were around the topped then put back in the oven
until the biquits were cooked.
Would anyone have this comfort food recipe?

Cookies is a brand that is made in Iowa. Their BBQ Sauce doesn't taste
like anything else on the market or any recipe I've ever tried. We moved
away from the area and Cookies is tough to come by here. Does anyone
