Butter Rum Muffins

Giant Food stores sells a large muffin in their bakery section called
"Butter Rum", and I would love to have THAT recipe. It has some sort of
flavor chip(not a chocolate or butterscotch or other chip sold in markets)
in it that is a little more visible when the muffins are fresh out of the
oven and still warm. As the muffin cools, the color remains, but not any
texture. Have been looking for years now, and still can't find it or
figure it out. My mother loves these muffins and so I would like the
recipe before Giant discontinues this item as they have done with so many
of their bakery items. Thanks for any recipes that come close!!
