Muffins
2 cup flour, sifted 1 Tbsp baking powder 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (10-1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 egg, beaten well 1/4 cup melted shortening Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt; set aside. In another bowl, combine soup, egg, and shortening, mix well. Add to dry ingredients,mixing just enough to blend. Fill well greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
