Ham & Egg Salad Dip & Sandwich Spread
1 cup ham, chopped 1/4 cup red onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1 tsp ranch salad dressing 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 hard-boiled egg, diced 3 Tbsp mayonnaise or Miracle Whip fresh ground black pepper to taste This is a great recipe that will help use up leftover holiday ham. Fold all ingredients together gently in a bowl. Add more mayonnaise if mixture is too dry. Can be served immediately, but is best if refrigerated for several hours first.
